With decades of experience as a merchant banker, Brad has been involved with Triopsy since 2015 and is responsible for oversight of development and engineering, FDA clearance activities, intellectual property strategy, and capital raising efforts. He is President of Bankers American Capital Corp., a privately held merchant banking firm focused on healthcare, energy conservation, inorganic chemistry, and real estate investments, providing funding, strategic direction, and operational management to portfolio companies. Brad has also served on multiple nonprofit boards, including the Minnesota State University–Mankato Foundation Board, and previously chaired the MSU College of Business Advisory Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance Economics from the University of Utah.
