With more than 45 years of experience in the medical device industry and general business management, Gary has led product development, operations, and organizational growth across multiple executive roles, including Manager, Director, Vice President, COO, and President at Gambro (COBE) BCT, now Terumo BCT. He is the former owner of The ERI Group, a contract medical device R&D, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing firm, and currently serves as a principal consultant to the medical device and general management industries. Gary also serves as Director of Engineering for Triopsy™ Medical, bringing extensive expertise in innovative engineering design, global manufacturing strategy, and business acquisition and integration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
