With over 30 years of experience in financial leadership and business development, Randy has played a key role in capital structuring, risk management, and financial planning for both private and publicly traded companies. He was in a senior financial position with a Fortune 200 company for more than 15 years and was directly responsible for preparing its public financial reporting filings. Randy has also been involved in several start-up and early-stage enterprises as an owner, partner, senior officer, investor and board member. Randy is a CPA, with a MS and BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Rice University.
